any body suffering from back pains , cervical, etc can use moolbandha tecnique to cure his problems.
the simle and energetic technique.
first of all squeeze ur anus in simple sitting position back should be straight. ur lower abdoben region also squeezes inn while exhalation and while inhalation it will be little bulges up.
stay in that postion for 2 to 5 min for  3 days  and aftr that practise should be more than 5 to 10 min.
